Custom Design: The optimum time for our involvement is in the planning phase of a new build or renovation. We can advise at an early stage to ensure your system is future proofed. Not sure whether to go for HD video distribution in every room? Or Music in the bedrooms? The cost of cabling is comparatively minimal, so it is best to install a forward thinking infrastructure now, not after you’ve decorated!
Our detailed documentation process ensures effective communication throughout the project. Plans, positional drawings and technical data enable you to see exactly what you are getting, and that everyone knows what is required to achieve this.
Project Management: We work closely with you and other trades to ensure everyone is on-message and the process runs smoothly. Regular site visits and communication allows us to be on-hand and up to date. It is common on new-build projects for some ideas to change as the project takes shape. We are flexible and react quickly to ensure the end result is exactly what you desire.
Equipment and programming is prepared ahead of time, while other aspects of the project continue. Thus ensuring deadlines are met, and your system is tried, tested and ready to roll...
Expert Installation: At Sonor we aim to go above and beyond client expectations! Our highly skilled installation team ensure your products are installed with the utmost care and precision. We are well mannered and work cleanly, efficiently and to a deadline.
Accredited Supply: We offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ as authorised dealers for many top brands. We also source specialist products & services for one-off bespoke projects.
Reliable Aftercare: We are still in touch with, upgrading & maintaining systems installed many years ago. Secure remote access for pro-active monitoring and fault finding can be setup, which also enables us to make client changes remotely, for a speedy and efficient response. Maintenance can be offered on a per call-out basis, or as part of an annual maintenance agreement.
We also undertake support for clients who had an original installation by a third party, which is usually offered on a 'pay-as-you-go' basis.
New equipment is covered by at least 12 months manufacturers' guarantee, though warranties for high-end products can be substantially longer. But in the event an item of equipment develops a fault, we offer a speedy service to repair or replace it.
